SPR# BRISDHJHWF - Server - Router - Fixed an issue with a potential server hang, where the Router will now initialize the TLS Credential Cache if routing via SMTP with SSL is enabled and if this initialization is not disabled by notes.ini RouterInitTLSCredCache=0
